Bedrooms

Sleeps 7 · 3 bedrooms · 5 beds · 3 baths, every bedroom overlooking the water.

Three bedrooms, every one overlooking the water: the master on the main level, the red room and crow’s nest upstairs. With the double futons in the master’s sitting room and the sunroom, the house sleeps seven, with three bathrooms. (The rooms everyone lives in downstairs, from the sunroom and living room to the bar and home theater, are on The House page.)

The master

A spacious first-floor master with a queen bed, a newly renovated private bath with shower, a sitting area, and a wall of built-ins, with the wildlife estuary out the window.

The master: the wall of built-ins and the sitting corner.
The newly renovated master bath: a burl-wood vessel sink on marble, watched over by the sandpipers.

The red room

Two single beds, beautifully decorated, with its own quiet air-conditioning unit. The picture window looks straight down the lawn to the water, south toward Fishers Island Sound. You wake up to the estuary and its birds.

The red room: twin beds and the picture window down the lawn.

The crow’s nest

Top of the house: a comfortable queen bed, corner windows with views of the estuary, the osprey nest, and Fishers Island Sound, plus a sink and kitchenette corner and its own quiet air conditioning. It shares the full bath on the upstairs level.

The upstairs bath

The red room and the crow’s nest share the full bath on the upstairs landing: soft green, with a window into the treetops.
